Gaia is a top-class conference room, offering the highest support to the events taking place here. It is a great environment for business seminars, conferences, bigger meetings and presentations.

This room is intended for larger groups of people who want to experience top-class events. It combines the elements of the modern business world as well as elements of the timeless world of energies. It includes advanced technologies (top quality sound system, ceiling projector, large built-in projection screen, headset microphone, sound mixer, ambient lights) and is designed in perfect style with natural decorative stone, extraordinary forest-theme wallpaper, custom made chairs/armchairs and a cosy, relaxing carpet.

Our aim was to create a space where a seminar is not only a seminar, but much more. And we made it.

The rental of Gaia includes a shared space with reception desk, wardrobe room, and a tea kitchen in the case of catering.

Interesting Fact
This space was named after Mother Nature – Lady Gaia. She is the one who enables all living beings everything they need. She is the beginning of everything. Let your event begin with her, too.

Two-hour rental
280 EUR
Two-hour rental, with a half-hour interval before and after the deadline for preparation and cleaning. The following slots are available:
  • Morning slot (8:00 - 10:00)
  • Mid-day slot (11:00 - 13:00)
  • Afternoon slot (14:00 - 16:00)
  • Evening slot (17:00 - 19:00)
  • Late evening slot (20:00 - 22:00)
Half-day rental
600 EUR
Up to 6 hour rental, with a half-hour interval before and after the deadline for preparation and cleaning. The following slots are available:
  • AM slot (8:00 - 14:00)
  • PM slot (15:00 - 21:00).
Whole day rental
900 EUR
Up to 12 hours rental, with a half-hour interval before and after the deadline for preparation and cleaning. The following slots are available:
  • Whole day slot (8:00 - 20:00).
